You are going to do a Zoom recording at home.
Here are the golden rules and the setups for good videos.

Before the recording starts

Click on “Enable HD” in the video settings

To improve the quality of you meetings, opt for cameras instead of your webcam. You can buy a camera of better quality (1080p camera for example)

Clean your background environment. You can also use a virtual background to keep your surroundings private.

Position yourself in front of a window or add another light next to you

Preferably use an external microphone.

Make sure that you have a strong Internet network. Therefore, use a cable connection (of at least 100 MB). To test your connection: https://www.speedtest.net

When the recording begins

Stand up straight on your chair

Record your Zoom meeting simply by pressing the " Recording " button. Once the meeting ends, the file is converted.

Always look at the camera and not at people. For this, get the webcam at the eye-level

Keep your hands within the frame

Not talking? Mute your microphone
